Essential Oils And Yoga For Healing An Imbalanced Heart Chakra
Blending Heart Chakra essential oils can help calm nerves and put your mind at ease. Essential oils have been used as medicines and rituals for a long time, even before written history. Essential oils have effects on the body, the mind, and the spirit. Essential oils are called “volatile” because they dry out quickly. They also impact the limbic system, which is in charge of smell.
In this part of the brain, we store not only our memories but also our feelings. A distinct smell can take a person back to a particular time and place, like a familiar song. Whether you like a scent or not depends on whether it makes you think of good or bad times. Essential oils might be able to help people heal their karma.
Being calmer and centered could help people forgive each other and solve problems.
What Is The Heart Chakra?
Chakras are spinning vortices of energy that affect your feelings, thoughts, and physical health. The key to a happy and healthy life is to live in harmony with your energy centers or chakras. The Heart Chakra, also called the Anahata chakra, is in the middle of the chest. This chakra is in charge of the rib cage, heart, lungs, circulatory system, skin, hands, arms, and upper back. There are many symptoms like loneliness, shyness, depression, anxiety, and complex feelings of empathy, and finding it hard to forgive.
In this light, how can we change our lifestyle to keep the chakras in harmony? Yoga and Essential oils can help in healing unbalanced Heart Chakra.
Yoga For Heart Chakra
Sphinx Pose
You can start this pose by focusing on your heart by lying on your stomach. Put your elbows so that they are straight across your shoulders. Relax the top of your shoulders away from your ears. This will make your shoulder blades slide down your back and give you a little lift in the front of your chest. Pay attention to your lower back and stomach as you breathe in and out. To get out of the position, lower your arms to your sides, stack your palms on top of each other, and rest your forehead on your hands.
Dancer Pose
Take the mountain pose, or Tadasana, at the top of your mat. When standing, you can keep your right leg strong and straight by taking a deep breath, shifting your weight to your right foot, squeezing your weight to your right foot, squeezing the top of your right thigh bone back to the hip joint, and lifting your knee cap. It would be best if you grabbed the inside of your left foot using your left hand off the mat, moving it towards your left glute. Keep going this way until your left foot is close enough to your left glute to touch. Raise your right arm until it’s the same height as your ear. Start by putting your left foot into your left hand. Then, slowly tilt your torso forward while bringing your right arm forward until it is parallel to the floor. Now, start pressing your left foot and left hand together. If you can, try to hold on for about a minute and a half. To get out of this position, let go of the foot, put your left foot back on the ground, and then do the same thing for the same amount of time on the other side.
