We want you to love your Kanya ritual. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right.

How to request a refund or exchange

Email us at contact@kanyalife.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note on what didn't work for you. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

What's eligible

  • Body oils, essential oil blends, roll-ons, bath soaks, and facial tonics — used or unused.
  • Trial packs and gift sets — full or partial.
  • Items damaged in transit — send photos and we'll replace immediately.

What's not eligible

  • Items requested more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly).

How refunds are processed

Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except for items damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If a blend isn't quite right for you, we're happy to exchange it for another within the 30-day window. Email us and we'll arrange it — often we'll send the replacement before asking you to return the original.
